They say breakfast is the most important meal. I find that when I have a good breakfast I am less likely to eat junk food. I love eating yogurt in the morning especially in the hot weather. Adding fruit gives it the perfect sweetness while adding coconut flakes and cacao nibs gives it the perfect crunch and texture. Yogurt with Cacao Superfood Recipe
Serves: 1 Time: 5 min
1 cup natural yogurt
½ cup raspberries
1 table spoon honey
Method: Place yogurt in a bowl. Place raspberries in the center leaving space on the sides for cacao nibs and coconut flakes. Drip the honey on top for extra sweetness.
